Faten (Rehab El Gamal) is rushed to the hospital after her husband Yasser (Walid Fawaz) strikes her on the head, leaving her with a serious injury. The attending doctor informs Laila (Iman El Assi) and her father that Faten has fallen into a coma due to the severity of the blow. Meanwhile, Yasser flees to his father’s (Sabry Abdel Moneim) house to hide.
Elsewhere, Burayhan (Farah Youssef) insists on leaving her husband Akram despite his efforts to change her mind. He agrees to leave but secretly slips a sleeping pill into her coffee. Before she falls asleep, Akram reveals to Burayhan that her brother Walid (Hany Adel), whom she planned to appoint to manage her company shares, has been stealing from her, showing evidence to prove his claim. After Burayhan dozes off, Akram departs the house.
